Our Physical and Occupational Therapy programs provide comprehensive, customized therapy services to adults and children of all ages. Our therapists pride themselves on staying up to date with the latest evidence and treatment concepts. Preparing for Your Appointment

Referrals
Physical therapy without a referral (Direct Access) may be approved by your insurance for certain diagnoses. Otherwise, a referral from your provider is necessary to obtain physical, occupational and speech therapy services. If you are looking for a specific approach or treatment plan, please ask the scheduling staff to schedule you with a therapist that meets your described needs.
Insurance
Most health insurance policies include coverage for occupational therapy. If you have questions about your coverage, contact your insurance carrier. Please bring your insurance card with you to your first visit.
What to Expect
  • Evaluations are generally 60 minutes in length with subsequent visits being 30-60 minutes depending on your therapy type and diagnosis
  • Please plan to arrive for your evaluation 15 minutes early to allow time to check in and fill out intake forms
  • Please dress in comfortable activewear whenever possible
