All patients treated in the Blank Children's Infusion Center must have a UnityPoint Health treating or collaborating provider who will assume responsibility for the patient while they are in the infusion center and who will provide orders for the treatment.
Referring providers must be available to address clinical status changes of their patient should they arise. Orders must be placed at the time of the infusion appointment to avoid care delays.
