Women's Health Boutique

The Women's Health Boutique at UnityPoint at Home is designed specifically to meet the unique needs of women after they have experienced a mastectomy, lumpectomy, or reconstruction. The goal is for each and every woman to look and feel her best following surgery. The Women's Health Boutique:

  • Offers a private and professional atmosphere where women can come in and be fit with a bra or prosthesis by a certified prosthetic fitter and other staff trained in the area.
  • Offers a variety of breast forms and bras from top vendors in the industry such as Amoena and American Breast Care. We provide feminine, fashionable bras and post-surgical garments that are soft, comfortable and pretty.
  • Carries a variety of prostheses as well with different weights, styles and shapes so our fitters can direct you to the product that best suits your needs. We also accept most major insurance plans as well as Medicare. We will do our best to explain your benefits to you and what can be covered by insurance so you can make an informed decision on what products you receive.

Our private fitting and consultation room is available to you by appointment Monday-Friday so you can have one-on-one time with our fitters to offer you the services that you need. The staff at the Women's Health Boutique is compassionate and caring to helping women feel their best, and they work to continue that coordinated care from the hospital room to when you step out the doors.

We offer the Women's Health Boutique at our Clive, Fort Dodge and Sioux City stores.
