Meet Our Team
“I enjoy helping patients implement a nutrition plan specific to their individual needs and introducing them to budget friendly recipes they can make at home to maintain a balanced diet.”
"I became a dietitian because I think it is very important to care for your body through all life stages. Working with others and helping them learn to improve their health through diet and lifestyle and enhance their quality of life is very rewarding.”
"I strive to equip each person with the education and tools they need to succeed. Whether that's a portion plate, exercise, food journaling or even just being someone to hold them accountable to their goals and celebrate their progress with them. Customized support is key for them to experience success and be able to make a lifestyle change to support their health goals.”
