- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
Lab Services
UnityPoint Health – St. Luke's is committed to providing high quality service to our customers by ensuring accurate and timely results with professional and friendly service. We offer two locations for your convenience, one at UnityPoint Health – St. Luke’s and UnityPoint Health - St. Luke's Sunnybrook Medical Plaza.
Physician Orders
All tests require an order for the test from your doctor. Please bring copies of any written orders your doctor may have given to you.
Your Results
All tests results are given to your doctor to share with you and help explain the results. Laboratory staff are not authorized to give test results directly to patients.
Pre-Register
To save you time, an appointment can be scheduled by calling Central Scheduling at 712-279-7979. Pre-registration can be completed with Central Scheduling or online. Online pre-registration must be completed 48 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Then you can use the bright blue Self Check-In Kiosk at the lab when you arrive for a quick check in.
Weekend Glucose Tolerance Test
Weekend glucose tolerance testing is only available in the St. Luke's main lab at the hospital on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Please call our Central Scheduling at 712-279-7979, Monday through Friday, to schedule the appointment.

UnityPoint Clinic – St. Luke's is accredited and certified by the College of American Pathologists (CAP). We have a Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) Certificate of Accreditation and our CLIA ID number is 16D0385289.
