Childbirth e-class - Online "Understanding Childbirth" Class

If you can't attend a Labor and Birth Class, we can bring it to you! "Understanding Birth eClass" is your go-to guide for answers you can trust on childbirth. It is an interactive, online course that covers essential information on labor while also highlighting ways partners can help. You'll get a sense of what labor is like as you watch birth stories. Allow 4-6 hours to complete. This online option is self-paced and produced by InJoy Health Education.
