In-Person Event
Newborn Care
The Newborn Care class is a two-and-a-half hour course that teaches expectant parents how to care for a newborn. In this class, you will watch videos and discuss common care techniques for comforting, feeding, bathing, and diapering, as well as understanding newborn health and safety concerns. You will also have the opportunity for interactive practice during class. CPR is not included in this class. We recommend you take a CPR class through your local Red Cross or the 411 Safety Shop in Windsor Heights.
