Amanda Privitera LISW, became a therapist because she has always had a deep-seated passion for helping others navigate through life's challenges. Witnessing the transformative power of therapy firsthand in her own life, Amanda was inspired to pursue a career where she could make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Her journey to becoming a therapist was fueled by a desire to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their emotions, heal from past traumas, and discover their inner strengths. Guided by empathy, compassion, and a genuine commitment to facilitating growth and resilience, Amanda is honored to walk alongside her clients on their journey towards healing and self-discovery. 

She specializes in Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
