Professional statement:
As a provider, I find it's important for patients to understand the medical diagnosis and treatments. I have a wide variety of experience with chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, anemia and heart disease. I enjoy preventative medicine and helping patients achieve optimal health. One of my goals is to make sure patients are treated like I want my family treated.

What would your patients say about you?
Patients have said I explain medical terms in ways they can understand. It seems that patients referred to me have found me to be trusting and caring, and they appreciate how I advocate for them.

I care a lot about my patients and will do what is best for them.

I have worked in this area for more than 20 years and have broad knowledge of services and providers to best help patients.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I spend time with my children and husband. I enjoy landscaping, walking dogs and watching my kids' activities. Now that I am working in town, I plan on being on the soccer board. I have been on SEMS as a crew member and as a board member in the past. I volunteer to help coach basketball, soccer and t-ball.

I grew up in Fredericksburg and graduated from Fredericksburg High School.
Tell us about your family.
My husband is my support. His encouragement helped me get through school. He works at FS in Sumner and farms. We have two children – Cassidy and Ryker.
