Biography

My therapy style is strengths-based and realistically optimistic. Life can be difficult and feel overwhelming but humans are naturally resilient. We have the ability to recover, even bounce back stronger, from trauma, crises, tragedy, as well as life's inevitable challenges. I strive to help you uncover and build upon inherent, often unconscious, strengths and unique skillsets through unconditional positive regard, compassion and empathy. I welcome ages 12 and older.
