Medical care of any patient should be a team effort. It takes the combined efforts of the physcians, nurses, technicans, therapists, pharmacologist, administrators, environmental services, the patients family and the patient themselves to provide the best and longest lasting outcomes. I care about and advocate for each baby I take care of and want them to grow up to be as healhy as possible.
