Biography
Why did you become a physician/provider? To help provide the best care to our tiniest patients.
As a provider, what is your medical philosophy? I believe preventive medicine and optimizing chronic medical conditions are important for living a long, healthy life.
What type of care/clinical interests are you most passionate about? Neonatology
Why did you choose your specialty? Neonatal medicine has always been interesting to me. The more I learn, the more I want to know. No other specialty has challenged me mentally while filling my heart with joy all in one.
What qualities best describe the care you provide your patients? I care first and strive to meet people halfway. My goals at times may be different than my patients' goals, so meeting them in the middle is a great way to collaborate.
Being a healthcare provider, what drives/motivates you each day? My patients are my driving force. Seeing kids thrive at home with great outcomes reminds me why I work.
What is the most important thing patients should know about you and your practice? Our paths will cross during one of the hardest times in your life, and I promise to do my best to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. I love babies and kids, and I look forward to taking care of your little ones and family.
