When Drew was asked about the most important message he wants to share with his patients, he responded, “I’m here to tell you that it’s okay to not be okay. How you feel right now makes sense given your unique circumstances, and you’re coping the best you can. Sit with that for a moment, giving yourself permission to feel whatever it is you feel. Life is a vast jungle of frightening expeditions with challenging obstacles and formidable situations. It takes immense courage to seek help in processing and addressing these difficulties you face along the way.
