Biography
Why did you become a therapist?
I became a therapist in 2016 with intentions of assisting others in managing their mental health while also reducing the stigma around mental illness. I enjoy working with children of all ages, adults and couples with the hope of stocking their toolboxes with skills and resources to manage their mental health and everyday relationships.
I look forward to hearing your story, what makes you the person that you are and helping you become the person you want to be without judgment or criticism.
What are you passionate about?
I am especially passionate about helping kids and being the role model and part of a support system that I didn't have when I was growing up.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy crafting, reading, jogging, writing and gardening. I am a volunteer EMT and am involved in supporting the arts and music departments in my local school district.
Tell us about your family:
I am married and have four children. We have an English Mastiff named Tilly. We love spending time together outside, camping and traveling.
