Biography

Why did you become a provider? To help decrease the stigma around finding mental health support and care.

Why did you decide to join UPH? I love the idea of people being able to get all of their health and wellness needs met in one area, AbbeHealth has great resources to make care accessible and affordable.

Describe your typical patient: Many of my patients may be seeking therapy for the first time or wanting to learn about their mental health symptoms. They are individuals who need a gentle way to address what they are already managing so the pressure is lifted and their experience is validated.

What would your patients say about you? I believe they would say I am kind and humorous and offer a lot of love.

What is the most important thing to know about you? I believe in mutual learning and growing. I practice therapy from a wholistic and advocacy framework. I will always advocate for my clients to see they have their needs met.

How woul dyou describe the ideal provider/patient relationship? One built upon trust and respect.

What do you like to do in your free time? I like to read, watch documentaries and shows on Netflix, attend live music, go for walks, spend time with my daughter and pets, and go out for coffee.

Describe your family: I have a daughter, two cats and a dog.
