Biography
From a grateful patient: Everyone at Pediatrics Hiawatha is very helpful and they always see us promptly. It’s nice to come into the office and those at the front desk know us and greet us warmly. Dr. Rajesh is great and answers my questions and eases my concerns. She goes out of her way to communicate, and calls even when the clinic is closed. After my son had to visit the Emergency Department, she called me to check in on his condition. I’ve never met a doctor so caring and empathetic. I’d highly recommend her!
Why did you become a physician/provider? It is truly a joy to talk with and care for children. Being a physician enables me to contribute and give back to my community and society through my patients and their families.
What qualities best describe the care you provide to your patients? As a provider, I will strive to work with each patient and to have an individualized plan that works well for the child and their family.
Being a healthcare provider, what drives/motivates you each day? There is an old saying that it takes a village to raise a child. What motivates me the most is that I have a part to play in that community, that I can impact the lives of many children for the better.
What is the most important message you would like to share with your patients? My main goal is to connect with my patient and their families. I believe honesty and compassion are vital in my role as a pediatric provider.
