Biography
Why did you become a physician/provider?
I began my career as a nurse and loved taking care of patients, but I wanted to do more for them. I became a Nurse Practitioner to further my education and be able to take care of my patients at the next level.
As a provider, what is your medical philosophy?
To provide quality, individualized care in a compassionate manner.
What type of care/clinical interests are you most passionate about?
Urgent care, family medicine.
Why did you choose your specialty?
I chose Family Nurse Practitioner to take care of patient of all ages. I enjoy the variety of ages and different aspects of caring for each population.
What qualities best describe the care you provide your patients?
I am a positive person. I enjoy being a provider and strive to be kind, compassionate and knowledgeable.
Being a healthcare provider, what drives/motivates you each day?
Each day is different, I get to meet new patients and help them with their medical needs.
What is the most important thing patients should know about you and your practice?
I enjoy working in health care. The well-being of my patients is important to me as is being able to help them when they have a medical concern. If I cannot help them myself, then I can use my resources to get them the care they need.
Personal Interests
I like to spend time with my family, friends and dog. I love a good cup of coffee and being outdoors. I especially enjoy attending my kids' activities and any chance to get to the beach.
