Biography
Why did you become a mental health service provider? I want to empower others to bring about change in their lives.
What qualities best describe the care you provide to your patients? I have worked both in clinical settings and community-based settings, which has helped me understand that it’s important to work holistically with clients. This ensures that we work on mental health issues, as well as meet individuals' needs.
Being a healthcare provider, what drives/motivates you each day? Seeing clients leave therapy sessions feeling better than when they arrived. Additionally, when a client informs me they have made an important and lasting change, it motivates me to continue providing therapy.
What is the most important message you would like to share with your patients? It’s important to be kind to yourself. The way we talk to ourselves greatly affects our self-esteem, mental health and well-being.
What would you like your patients to know about you? It is my goal to be a support for each and every client. I will help you make the changes you desire in your life and meet the goals you want to reach. It is never too late to start working toward our goals, no matter how big or small they may be.
Personal Interests I have two cats that I love very much and bring me great joy. I also enjoy meeting new people.
