Biography

My approach to therapy is one of support and client engagement. By assisting patients in identifying goals, and the necessary steps to reach those goals, we are able to create a plan for making changes that can apply to all aspects of life. I utilize an open, flexible approach in order to assist my clients in finding the best way to create lasting change. Individual Counseling, Couples Counseling, Life Transitions, Stress Management and Depression. I welcome patients ages 15 and older.
