About Us

Mental health is health, and it's an important piece of our overall well-being. One in five people experience a mental health issue every year. At UnityPoint Health - Grinnell Behavioral Health Clinic, we offer individualized care for patients age 12 and older in a clinic setting from a telemedicine provider. Whether you're coping with anxiety, addiction, postpartum depression or other mental health conditions, we're here for you.

Our clinicians provide assessment and treatment via telemedicine for patients experiencing acute and chronic psychiatric conditions, trauma, medical co-morbidities, health diversity issues, substance use and addiction. We offer personalized therapy, counseling and medication management services.

If a patient requires more assistance beyond our Behavioral Health Clinic telemedicine services (such as inpatient or residential treatment or detox), we connect them to area providers and services that can help.
