Be Someone Day

National Be Someone Day is an observance focused on ending child abuse and neglect. It calls on communities to come together, educate, and raise awareness. We hold the power to make a difference. Let's stand up, speak out, and Be Someone who positively impacts the lives of vulnerable children. UnityPoint Health – Allen Hospital, in partnership with Lost Island Themepark, will celebrate Be Someone Day on Friday, July 19, 2024, in support of the Allen Child Protection Center. The event will feature discounted tickets and special activities throughout the park focused on child and family safety.
