Together, HealthPartners UnityPoint Health offers care that's high in quality and low in cost. Plans are available with coverage in Iowa and western Illinois.

Co-branded Wellmark Blue health insurance plans, a partnership between UnityPoint Health and Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa, connect coverage and care to put you first. The plans are available for individuals/families and employee health plans only in select Iowa counties.

We believe you deserve a doctor who’s your biggest champion and coverage that allows you to receive quality, convenient and affordable care. These plans bring together the relationship you have with your UnityPoint Health primary care provider and network partners, with free preventive and virtual care and low copayments for primary care visits. They're designed to focus on the whole health of the individual by creating a robust network of physicians who can deliver high-quality, coordinated care.

UnityPoint Health and Wellmark are trusted organizations that focus on enhancing member and provider experience to improve the cost, quality and efficiency of care. Plans available from Iowa employers with coverage in select counties are offered through the annual benefit enrollment process, if available.
