RFQ for Architectural & Engineering Consultant Services
Description
The Robert Young Center for Community Mental Health has been awarded grant funds from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. The Robert Young Center for Community Mental Health is soliciting qualifications from architectural and engineering firms to provide design services for the remodeling and renovation of inpatient behavioral health units and an outpatient substance use disorder services facility. These facilities are in Rock Island, Illinois.
Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
The Robert Young Center for Community Mental Health’s RFQ includes a description of the remodeling and renovation services needed, the minimum content of the responses, and the factors to be used to evaluate the responses. Subject to the approval of The Robert Young Center for Community Mental Health, the selected firm or firms may also be called upon to provide final engineering design services, including preparation of final plans and specifications, supervision of the bidding process, and final project inspection.

DCEO regulations governing the grant require compliance with the Prevailing Wage Act, Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act, Public Act 96-1064 – Business Enterprise Program, Illinois Works Job Program Act, and meeting the third-party contractual requirements.
Response Deadline
All responses to The Robert Young Center for Community Mental Health RFQ must be submitted by December 16, 2024 by 4:00 P.M.
