Testimonials
"Both my internship and fellowship at Allen helped accelerate my career in ways that not all individuals experience. At Allen, I was granted a large amount of responsibility dealing with business plans and financial analysis for multi-million-dollar projects, management responsibility and physician engagement. I walked into my internship feeling very unsure of the value I could add, but I left feeling like I had taken an enormous step forward in my development. My fellowship picked up from there and allowed me to quickly accelerate into a director-level position.”
- Steve Slessor, Chief Administrative Officer, Winneshiek Medical Center
"My fellowship at UnityPoint Health – Waterloo allowed a robust educational experience while completing meaningful project work unique to other fellowships. The history of accelerated career development for previous Allen fellows is a strong testament of how much senior leaders value and utilize the skill set of an MHA degree to advance the organization."
