Travel RN applications are now being accepted on our website for positions in emergency departments, intensive care units, med/surgery, telemetry and labor & delivery/obstetrics.
Travel nurse assignments traditionally last 10 to 12 weeks. Assignments may be extended under certain circumstances, such as if there is a continued need by the region.
When considering your travel locations, you can choose between our Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Dubuque, Fort Dodge, Madison, Quad Cities, Sioux City and Waterloo regions. Travel stipends are based on the duration of the travel assignment and are paid every two weeks throughout the assignment. More specific information will be provided during the interview process.
While many outside travel agencies contract travel nurses for specific assignments and various employers, travel nurses employed by UnityPoint Health are eligible for full benefits and pay, as well as additional financial incentives, bonuses and discounts.
